At Snuggly Throws, all of our items are handmade to order, which means we begin crafting your custom piece shortly after your order is placed.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, production begins, and we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

Changes to Orders

• If you need to make changes (such as color selection or personalization details), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible.
