Processing Time

• All items are custom-made to order, and production typically takes 3 business days before shipping.
• During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2-3 business days
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
✔ United States
❌ We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations at this time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• If your package is lost in transit, please reach out, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
