Returns & Exchanges

At Snuggly Throws, each item is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

Since our blankets, baby blankets, playmats, and snugglers are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
✔ Change of mind
✔ Incorrect color choices
✔ Customization errors made by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve it, whether through a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and we are unable to cancel the order.
