At Snuggly Throws, each item is handmade to order with great care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
• Refunds are only issued in the rare event of a defective or damaged item upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Customization & Color Selection

• Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order, as we cannot offer refunds for mistakes in color choices or custom requests once production has begun.
